Grimaldo: "Do better to win titles"

Launched in the starting XI by Jorge Jesus, Grimaldo had three clear goal opportunities but he was unable to score. Benfica ended up losing against FC Porto, by 2-0, in the 2020 Super Cup, at the Estádio Municipal de Aveiro.

"FC Porto tried to make an aggressive game, fight with us and I believe that there were not many opportunities for either side. It wasn't a good match for either team, but they ended up winning the Super Cup. Now we must continue to do our work, correct the mistakes, show that we have more personality, and try to play our game because we are better", said the eagles number 3.

"We have a great future ahead of us, we have great players, a great coach, that's why I believe we are in a process of growth… We still have the Championship, the Europa League and the Cups [Portuguese Cup, League Cup] to play and we must do better to win those titles", he finished.
