Victories, points, and goals scored: the figures from the eagles in Portugal in the last two months are superior to those of the current top five in the Old Continent's top five leagues – the Big Five.

Performance evaluation in the last two months in the Liga NOS shows a strong Benfica team, with nine wins in nine matches (27 points), 35 goals scored and the rise to the top spot.
The reds are currently in the best streak of the season in the Championship with nine consecutive wins, but the records do not stop there. The team has an average of 3,9 goals per game in this period and a perfect point average: 3 per match.
In the five top leagues of the Old Continent, no leader manages to do better than Benfica, either in goals scored or points earned. PSG (French league) has 29 goals and 24 points; Manchester City (English league) has 22 goals and 24 points amassed; Barcelona (Spanish league) scored 22 goals and bagged 23 points; Juventus (Italian league) has a record of 17 goals scored and 19 points earned; and, finally, Borussia Dortmund (German league) reached the tally of 14 goals, racking up 12 points.
