What to Expect from the Slide In Stadium

Tickets are available at slbenfica.pt, SL Benfica Official APP, Benfica Official Stores, Benfica Shop&Go at the Stadium and Freeport Fashion Outlet, and Casas do Benfica with a ticketing system.

The Slide In Stadium ticket does not include a visit to the Stadium and/or the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião.

To ensure safe use, the Sport Lisboa e Benfica team must make participants aware that the Slide activity must be carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of this regulation:

1. The Slide is prohibited for individuals taller than 1.90m (one meter and ninety centimeters).

2. The Slide is prohibited for individuals weighing more than 95kg.

3. The Slide is prohibited for children under 10 years of age.

4. Our operational capacity is 30 people per hour. Therefore, Sport Lisboa e Benfica is not responsible for the waiting time for its use.

5. The Slide is prohibited for individuals with any physical and/or psychological conditions, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, recent surgeries, epilepsy, heart, circulatory, respiratory, or spinal problems, aerophobia, acrophobia, physical or mental disabilities, high blood pressure, underweight or overweight conditions, vertigo, or any other conditions deemed incompatible with this activity. Pregnant individuals are also prohibited from using the Slide.

6. The Slide is prohibited for individuals who are visibly or apparently intoxicated, under the influence of narcotics, or displaying violent, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that affects the normal operation or safety of this attraction.

7. Access to the Slide Tower and the use of the Slide require strict compliance with the instructions of the responsible monitors.

8. Failure to comply with safety instructions will make the user solely responsible in case of an accident, and they will not be covered by personal accident insurance for damages resulting from their actions or omissions.

9. If a monitor prohibits any individual from using the Slide, this decision must be immediately respected.

10. The use of safety equipment provided by the monitors is mandatory and exclusive.

11. Users are not allowed to descend with objects that may cause accidents or injuries, such as glasses, hanging objects around the neck or wrists, slippers, bags, or any items that may fall during the descent. Users who refuse to remove prohibited or unauthorized objects will not be allowed to use the Slide.

12. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended, and skirts should be avoided.

13. Before descending, users must leave their belongings with a trusted person. The event organization is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items carried during the descent.

14. The organization reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Slide activity for safety reasons, force majeure, or event management needs, such as weather changes.

15. The organization is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the use of the Slide.

16. In cases not covered by these rules, Portuguese law shall apply.
