No, SL Benfica has a single registration for the Site, App and BPlay. This way, you only need to use
your
membership number, e-mail or cell phone number and enter your password to log in to the App.
Note: Exceptionally, the first time you access the application there will be an additional step to
validate
your account and update your password.
I don't have a Benfica Account. How can I create one?
To create a Benfica Account via the App, follow these steps:
Click on “Create Account” when you access the application;
Customize your jersey by adding your name and your favorite number;
Enter the e-mail or cell phone number you want to link to your account. A verification code will
be sent to the medium you have chosen, which you must enter in the relevant field;
Choose your password and confirm it;
Fill in your personal details;
The process ends with the validation of the 2nd contact you entered in the previous step. We'll
send you a new verification code and you'll have your account created.
The verification code went to a cell phone number/email address that is no longer
mine. What should I do?
If you don't have access to the mobile number and/or e-mail address where the code was sent, you
should contact the Benfica Line on 932 401 904 (every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - national mobile network)
or send an e-mail to linhabenfica@slbenfica.pt.
Can I pay fees via the App?
Yes, just go to “Fees” in the menu and follow the steps to pay the dues you want.
I have a Family Solution and I'm an Anchor Member. Do I have the children's cards in
my wallet?
Yes, the Anchor Member has access to the cards of minors up to the age of 16 associated with the
family, allowing him to manage the cards in his wallet. To do this, simply swipe right on the user ID.
How can I share the Red Pass?
To share your Red Pass, open your wallet, select the Red Pass and click on the “Share” button. Then
select the means by which you want to share the seat, entering the Member number or cell phone of the
person you want to share it with. The user who will receive your Red Pass must have a Benfica Account with the data you entered.
When can I share the Red Pass?
Your Red Pass can be shared during the period stipulated by SL Benfica for sharing. Whenever this
sharing
period opens, you will be notified.
How can I place my Red Pass seat on the Secondary Market?
To put your seat up for sale on the Secondary Market, open your wallet, select the Red Pass and
click on the “Sell” button. Next, you must confirm the conditions of sale of the seat using the code sent via
SMS. Once confirmed, your seat will be available on the Secondary Market.
Note: SL Benfica does not guarantee the sale of the seat.
When can I place my Red Pass seat on the Secondary Market?
The opening of the Secondary Market is stipulated by SL Benfica, and you can only sell your seat
during this period. Whenever the Secondary Market opens, you will be notified.
After sharing my Red Pass, can I get it back?
Yes, you can recover your Red Pass. To do this, go to your wallet, select the Red Pass and click on
the “Recover” button. Next, you must confirm that you want to recover the place you shared.
Red Pass recovery is limited to 3 times per match.
I put my Red Pass seat on the Secondary Market, can I get it back?
Yes, you can recover your seat if it hasn't already been purchased. To do this, go to your wallet,
select the Red Pass and click on the “Recover” button. Next, you must confirm that you want to take back
the seat you have put up for sale.
Red Pass recovery is limited to 3 times per match.
After selling the seat on the Secondary Market, can I get it back?
No, once the seat has been sold on the Secondary Market, it can no longer be recovered.
How can I enable/disable App notifications?
To enable/disable notifications from the App, simply go to your profile by clicking on your name in
the menu. By clicking on “Notifications”, you can choose which notifications you want to receive.
In addition, you should check your phone's settings to see if you have authorized the sending of
notifications by the SL Benfica App.
Why does the app ask for location access?
Access to location is intended to improve the user experience. Activating it allows us to suggest
the best opportunities we have for you, such as the Mais Vantagens partners closest to you or the “Food and
Drink” app so you can order food without missing a minute of the game when you're watching the match at the
SL Benfica Stadium.
I want to make a suggestion and/or share an improvement to the App. How can I do

How does “Food and Drink” work via the App?
To improve your experience at the stadium, you can now order food and drink without missing a minute
of the match. All you must do is place your order and pay for it, then go to the nearest bar indicated by
the app to pick it up.
Does the SL Benfica app integrate with the Benfica Corporate Club app?
No, these are two different applications.
Is it possible to send a balance between people in the same family?
This is not yet possible. However, we are working on providing this improvement in the next update.

If you can't access the App using your cell phone number, you should try logging in using another
method, using your e-mail and/or membership number. If you still experience difficulties, please contact the

What is the difference between “Savings” and “Accrued on card”?
The “Mais Vantagens” program allows you to enjoy two types of discounts with its partners: direct
discounts and card discounts. The direct discount is a discount that happens when you pay for your purchases,
while the card discount is the amount that is available in your Virtual Wallet.
Thus, the term “Savings” that you find in your profile corresponds to the sum of the discounts
(direct and accrued on card) that you have obtained in the last 12 months for being a member of Mais Vantagens.
The “Card Accumulated” adds up the value of card discounts that you have obtained in your
transactions over the last 12 months and have therefore accumulated in your wallet.
How can I see my family's accumulated balance?
Currently, it is not yet possible to see your family's accumulated balance. However, we are working
on providing this improvement in the next update.
I can't find the Red Pass Waiting List card in my Wallet. Where can I find it?

I bought a ticket, but it doesn't appear in the App. What should I do?
All your tickets are organized in your wallet. Go to the menu and click on “Wallet” to confirm that
the ticket is available. You should also make sure that your login in the app corresponds to the same
e-mail and/or membership number as when you bought the ticket.

our spaces have different attributes, with one point in common, the possibility of contemplating the

I want to watch the Youth Football matches. Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible to attend some of the youth football matches. Entry to the ground is free,
subject to the availability of seats. However, there may be matches where tickets are sold. For
these cases, SL Benfica communicates the matches in advance here.
My tickets have been stolen. What can I do?
If tickets for an event that has not yet taken place are stolen, you must send us proof of the
police report. After analysis, and if the transaction is identified, the tickets will be annulled by
our access control system. The person holding the tickets will be prevented from accessing the
stadium and new tickets will be issued.
I have not received the PDF(s) with the tickets. What should I do?
Tickets are sent via e-mail after the order has been successfully paid for. If you do not receive
the PDF, first check that the e-mail is not in your SPAM (Unsolicited Publicity) folder and that you
have space available in your Inbox.
However, if you have not received any communication, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Benfica
Line, via e-mail linhabenfica@slbenfica.pt or telephone number 932 401 904 (every day, from 9 am to

If you are making a payment by debit/credit card and an error occurs, make sure that:
You are using a VISA or Mastercard Debit/Credit Card;
You have entered your card number correctly (16 digits in a row, without spaces, dashes, or any

What are the different ways of sending tickets?
Tickets for matches at the SL Benfica Stadium, Pavilhão Fidelidade and Pavilhão n.º 2 are digital
and are sent via e-mail, after the order has been successfully collected, and as many PDFs as
tickets are made available.
For events held at Benfica Campus, tickets are in physical format.
Member tickets contain a description of the coordinates of your seat (Gate, Stand, Sector, Row, and
Seat) and your Member ID. Access to the stadium is exclusively through the membership card in
physical or digital format via the Benfica Official App. The same applies to Red Pass holders, who
will be able to access the stadium on presentation of their Red Pass card in physical or digital
format via the Benfica Official App.
Public tickets contain a QR Code and the corresponding seat coordinates.
In the case of away games, the tickets may be physical. When this happens, you must pick them up at
the date and physical point you chose when you placed your order.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can pay for your tickets using your Virtual Wallet balance, Credit/Debit Card, MB
WAY, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
How do I know that my ticket purchase has been confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully paid for, you will receive two emails with all the details of
your purchase, including the PDF of the tickets you bought.

How do I validate my ticket when entering the SL Benfica Stadium and Pavilions?
All tickets have a QR Code, which must be placed under the turnstile reader. The reader reads it
automatically.
You don't need to print the PDF that is sent to you, you need to make sure that your mobile device's
display is in perfect condition. You should also adjust the brightness to make reading easier.
If the ticket is printed, you must ensure that the ticket is in perfect condition.
Holders of Member and Red Pass tickets can enter with their Member/Red Pass card by validating the
barcode at the turnstile. They must make sure that the barcode on the Member/Red Pass card is in
perfect condition.
I bought a ticket, but I no longer intend to attend the match. Can I exchange or
return my ticket?
No. As indicated by SL Benfica, tickets cannot be exchanged and/or returned.
I'm a person with Reduced Mobility (PRM). Can I attend the matches of any SL Benfica
team?
Yes, all the venues are prepared for people with reduced mobility.
For matches at the stadium, PMR ticket sales are available on the Official Website, Benfica Official
Stores and Casas do Benfica with a ticketing system. In the case of the Pavilions, tickets must be
purchased at physical points (Benfica Official Stores and Casas do Benfica with a ticketing
system).
I am a person with Reduced Mobility (PRM). What seats are available at the SL
Benfica Stadium?
The Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium has a total of 72 seats for wheelchair users, with an
adjacent seat for their companion. The seats are located on Level 0, at the top of each stand.
I'm visually impaired. What seats are available at the SL Benfica Stadium?
All the seats in the stadium are available for people with visual impairments, allowing them to
freely choose their seat with family and friends. However, it is our intention to provide them with
a specific area on Level 0, next to the platforms for Supporters with Reduced Mobility, with
easy access if they are accompanied by guide dogs.
I am visually impaired. Can I enter the Stadium and/or Pavilions with a guide dog?
Yes, guide dogs are allowed to enter the grounds, subject to prior agreement between the Member and
SL Benfica.
To provide space and comfort, guide dogs are placed exclusively on the wheelchair platforms on Level
0 of each stand.
I'm hearing impaired. What seats are available at the SL Benfica Stadium?
If a hearing-impaired person has specific needs regarding their place to watch the match (a certain

SL Benfica will make every effort to meet your requirements, depending on the availability and

At the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião, the contents of the permanent exhibition are in Portuguese and English. The team of cultural mediators, present throughout the tour, speak Portuguese and English.
The same goes for the stadium tours, which are conducted in both languages (Portuguese and English). The team of guides along the route speak Portuguese and English.
How long are the visits?
Visits to the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião are gratuitous and may be extended for the duration desired by visitors, provided they occur within the Museum's designated opening hours. Given the size of the permanent exhibition and all that can be seen and experienced, we recommend at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
In the case of programming activities, the duration varies and can be consulted on the Official Website.
In the case of the stadium tour, it currently lasts about an hour.
During peak seasons, the duration of your visit may extend beyond the usual duration.

In the case of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium, you can visit several points of interest. Starting with an explanation of the current and former stadiums, visitors will learn a little about the history of these two stadiums. What rules do I have to follow during the tour?
During the visit to the Stadium and the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião:
Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed outside the designated areas;
Photographs may not be taken with a flash or any kind of artificial light. Photographs taken inside the Museum may only be used for non-commercial purposes;
No balloons, skates, skateboards, bicycles or other toys that could disturb the environment are allowed during the visit;
No animals allowed, except guide dogs;

Yes, it's possible. You can cancel a group visit up to 24 hours in advance by emailing museu@slbenfica.pt or visitasestadio@slbenfica.pt.
Cancellations made after the 24-hour deadline are non-refundable.
Are the visits accessible to Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião and the SL Benfica Stadium are prepared to welcome visitors with reduced mobility.
The Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião has an elevator, a ramp and benches throughout.
The Stadium has elevators and wheelchairs are available for use in both the Stadium and Museum, subject to availability and the signing of a waiver.
Is there any type of special assistance during visits for people with reduced mobility?
There is no special assistance for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
However, in the case of the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião, there is a team of cultural mediators present along the route to support visitors and answer their questions.
Is it possible to visit the Seixal Training Center?
This is not currently possible. However, you will be able to see the model of the Benfica Campus during your visit to the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Stadium.
How far in advance should I make a reservation request for the Stadium and Museum tours?
Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.

The tour must be completed to the end.

No, what could happen is that the waiting time is longer than normal.

What is SL Benfica's Mais Vantagens program?
The SL Benfica Mais Vantagens program is a program that allows SL Benfica Members to receive discounts.
These discounts
can be given in two ways:
Direct discount
Card discount
Whenever Members store at a store/brand belonging to the SL Benfica Partner network, they can take advantage
of one of
these two discount methods. The direct discount is given at the time of payment, and the card discount will
allow you to
accumulate a balance in your Virtual Wallet.
This balance can be used for the payment of membership fees, football and indoor sports tickets (including
the Red
Pass), merchandising, football schools, the SL Benfica Stadium swimming pool complex and visits to the
stadium and
museum.
I want to join the Mais Vantagens program. How can I do that?
If you are already a SL Benfica Member, you can sign up for Mais Vantagens via ATM or MB WAY.
ATM: Insert your Credit/Debit or Meal Card at any ATM and choose the "ATM Discounts" option. After this
step, all you
must do is enter your membership number and date of birth, follow the other steps and accept the Terms
and Conditions.
In a few seconds, you will receive a message on your cell phone confirming your membership.
MB WAY: You must access the form available on the SL Benfica website (click here), fill in your
Membership Number,
Identification Document Number and cell phone number associated with MB WAY and click on "Associate".
After this step, you will receive a notification in the MB WAY app, and all you need to do is follow the
steps
indicated:
In the MB WAY app, confirm the program's association with your card via the notification or in the app's
"Activity"
menu;
Choose the card you want to associate;
Validate the operation with the MB WAY PIN or via Face/Touch ID;

Yes, even if you have overdue fees, you can join and benefit from the Mais Vantagens discounts. However, the

accumulate in the Virtual Wallet (during the period of overdue fees) can only be used to settle fees and
cannot be used
for other SL Benfica products/services (such as the Red Pass, for example).
Is there any cost associated with joining SL Benfica's Mais Vantagens program?
No, there is no associated cost.
What kind of discounts are available in the Mais Vantagens Program?
The Mais Vantagens program aims to offer SL Benfica members the widest range of offers and discounts, so you
can
currently enjoy both direct discounts and card discounts.

What are the mandatory requirements for signing up for card discounts?
Any Member can take advantage of SL Benfica's Mais Vantagens program by being over 16 years old and a SL
Benfica Member.
Members under the age of 16 can only join the program by filling in a parental authorization form, available
at any Benfica Official Store.
Can I associate more than one card with my Member account?
Yes, you can link up to two ATM cards of your choice, be they debit, credit or meal cards.
Is it possible to link bank cards issued by foreign banks to my Member account?
No. You can only link cards issued by national banks to your account.
Can I link a family member's ATM card to my Member account?
Yes, you can associate the ATM cards of your family circle, as long as they do not exceed a total of 2 cards
and are not associated with another Member number.
The savings from the 2nd ATM card you add to your Member account will be added to the savings from the 1st
card.
How long does the activation process take once I've joined?
The process is automatic, so you will immediately be able to accumulate card balance as soon as you receive
the SMS with
the confirmation of joining the program at the ATM or MB WAY.
I linked the wrong ATM card. How can I cancel or change the card?
To cancel/change the card associated with the card discounts, simply go to any ATM, insert the card you have
associated
and choose the option "Descontos Multibanco" and then "SL Benfica”.
After this step, all you must do is indicate that you want to cancel your card membership. In a few seconds
you will
receive a message on your cell phone confirming the cancellation.
It is not possible to cancel via the MB WAY app.
I joined the Mais Vantagens program through the Official Website, but I haven't received the notification on
my cell
phone. What should I do?
If you haven't received a notification, you may not have active notifications. Check the "Activity" menu of
the MB WAY
App to see if you have any notifications and continue with the subscription.
If you haven't received it, check the version of the MB WAY App under "More" in the menu.
If you need to update the application, you can try to sign up again on the SL Benfica website by accessing
the MB WAY application form again.
Do all versions of the MB WAY app allow you to join the Mais Vantagens program?
No, only versions 2.5.0 or later allow this feature.
I joined the Mais Vantagens program via the Official Website. How long does the membership application
remain active?
Once an application has been made on the Official Website, it will be valid for 1 hour. After this period
the
application expires, and a new application must be made on the website.
Where can I check the status of applications to join the Mais Vantagens program?
You can check the status of each Mais Vantagens application in the "Activity" menu of the MB WAY App.
Can I associate more than one card to Mais Vantagens at once using MB WAY?
No. The process is designed to associate only one card at a time.
To add a second card, you will have to start another application on the SL Benfica website and access the
MB WAY application form again.
Can I associate several Membership numbers to a single card?
No, only one membership number can be associated with each card.
I've lost access to the ATM card I have associated with Mais Vantagens. How should I proceed?
If you have lost access to your ATM card, you should contact the Benfica Line by sending an e-mail to

What procedures do I need to consider when making the purchase to benefit from the advantages?
The Mais Vantagens program has two discount methods, the procedure for each of which is as follows:
Direct Discount: At the time of purchase, you will need to identify yourself as a SL Benfica Member and
show your card
so that it can be validated by our partner.
Card discount: At the time of purchase, all you must do is pay with the ATM card you have linked to your
membership
account. If the payment is made in cash, it will not be registered. As it is an automatic process, after
payment you
will receive an SMS on your cell phone informing you of the amount of the balance accumulated on the
respective
purchase.
At the time of purchase, if I use the contactless payment method, will I receive the balance of the discount
I am
entitled to?
Yes, if the contactless/NFC (Near Field Communication) payment is made with a physical card. Payments made
using digital
wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and others are not covered by the discount.
I went shopping at one of SL Benfica's partners and I still haven't received the balance on my card. Why is
that?
The balance you accumulate through a purchase at one of our Partners may take up to 7 days to be shown in
the Balance
and Transactions section of your profile, with a few exceptions, where the period may be up to 64 working
days. These
cases are duly identified on each partner's page.

If I don't use my Virtual Wallet balance, does it expire?
No, the accumulated balance does not expire, although it can be used for 18 months. If you don't use the
accumulated
amount in your wallet, it will automatically be used to pay overdue fees or future fees (if you have fees up
to date),
so you can always use the accumulated balance.
I already have Direct Debit. Can I pay my membership fees using my Virtual Wallet balance?
Yes, you can use your balance to pay future dues without any impact on the collection procedure. As soon as
the credit
is finished, the outstanding amount will be debited.

What is the Red Pass?
The Red Pass is an access card to a seat at the SL Benfica Stadium for a certain number of
matches, according to the Red Pass category (Founder, Premium, Normal and Total).
The Red Pass is currently sold out, so you can buy it by pre-registering on the Waiting

I am not an SL Benfica, but I want to buy a Red Pass. Can I do it?
No. The Red Pass is an exclusive product for SL Benfica Members. You will have to become a Member to enjoy this benefit.
Can I pay for the Red Pass in installments? What are the deadlines?
Yes, you can pay for the Red Pass in 3 installments.
The conditions of purchase are defined at the beginning of each sports season.
I want to buy a Red Pass. When can I do it?
The sale of Red Passes usually takes place before the start of the sports season, and currently, the
sale of new Red Passes requires pre-registration on the Waiting List.
However, Sport Lisboa e Benfica may suspend its sale, temporarily or permanently, during each
season.
From what age can I buy the Red Pass?
The minimum age for purchasing a Red Pass is 3 years old.
Can I buy a Red Pass for just one half of the league/season?
No. The Red Pass is sold at the start of the season and is intended to be used throughout the
season.
The Red Pass is sold out, so you can purchase it by pre-registering on the Waiting
List. Please find out how to do it here.
I can't attend a match. Can I borrow my Red Pass?
Yes, your Red Pass can be transferred. However, SL Benfica may choose areas where Red Pass transfer
is not possible, and there may be matches where this feature cannot be activated.
In certain purchase segments, the transfer of the Red Pass may also be conditional, as in the case
of the Junior Red Pass, which can only be transferred to a child.
I want to share my Red Pass. How can I do that?
You can do this via the Sport Lisboa e Benfica app, available for iOS and Android.
Sharing is done on a game-by-game basis and both the owner of the Red Pass and the person
receiving the share must have the SL Benfica App installed, as sharing is done from there, in the
dedicated area.
In the Red Pass area you'll find a “share” button, click it and enter the e-mail address or
membership number of the person you want to lend your seat to.
Can I share several Red Passes with the same user?
Yes, you can share several Red Passes with the same user, and they will appear in the card area of
the SL Benfica Official App.
Can I share my Red Pass with different people?
Yes, since Red Pass sharing is done on a game-by-game basis. You can't share your seat with
different people for the same game.
Can I send a screenshot of my Red Pass to someone else?
The print screen functionality in the SL Benfica App is possible on the iOS versions of smartphones,
although Sport Lisboa e Benfica does not recommend that you share your Red Pass data in this way.
If you want to share/loan your Red Pass, you can do so using the options provided.
Can I share my Red Pass more than once?
Yes, you can share the Red Pass more than once, if applied to game-by-game cases. For each game,
sharing is only possible for 1 person. However, you can reclaim your seat and share it with someone
else.
What are the advantages of buying a Red Pass?
The main advantage is that you have guaranteed access to the matches without having to worry
about timetables, ticket opening dates, or sell-outs.
In some stands, the price of the Red Pass may be lower than buying a single ticket for the same
number of matches.
In finals and away games, Red Pass holders may be given priority in purchasing tickets.
In addition, Red Pass holders have free admission to the Benfica Museum - Cosme Damião.
How can I use the Red Pass?
The Red Pass is a card containing a barcode. Access to the stadium is gained by scanning
the code at the turnstiles installed at the gate indicated on the card.
It can also be used via the SL Benfica Official App, where you can manage your Red Pass simply,
quickly, and conveniently. You can access the stadium using the App. Go to the Red Pass area and
access is gained by scanning the QR Code on the turnstiles installed at the door indicated on the
respective card.
Is it possible to be a Red Pass holder and access the stadium with just my
membership card?
No. Red Pass holders must access the stadium with their Red Pass card, app, or QRCode.
With the Red Pass am I entitled to discounts from Mais Vantagens?
No, the Red Pass does not give Mais Vantagens discounts. Mais Vantagens discounts
are obtained by being a Member and having joined the Mais Vantagens program.
I have overdue membership fees. Can I use my Red Pass?
No. You'll only be able to use your Red Pass once your membership fees are up to date.
Do I need to have my membership fees up to date to buy the Red Pass?
Yes. The purchase of a Red Pass is an exclusive benefit for Members. Members can only access the
benefits if their membership fees are up to date.
Are there places for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, there are seats in the stadium for people with reduced mobility, who get around in a
wheelchair. The seats are located on Level 0 and include a space for the wheelchair and a chair for
the companion.
Persons with Reduced Mobility are not allowed to enter the stadium without a companion, so both must
enter the stadium at the same time.
Two cards are issued: one for the holder and one for the companion.
The price of two seats is equal to that of one non-PRM seat.
Can I have more than one Red Pass in my application?
Yes, you can have several Red Passes in the same app/associated with the same account.
Are there any special prices for people with reduced mobility?
No. The prices of the seats for individuals with reduced mobility (PRM) are identical to the prices
of seats on Level 0 Upper. The member buys two seats, one for the chair and one with a seat for the
companion.
I haven't paid my membership fees. What happens to my Red Pass?
If you miss 1 or more months of membership fees, your Red Pass will be inactive until you pay them
off.
I've lost my Red Pass. What should I do?
If you have lost your Red Pass, you should go to a Benfica Official Store. You can also request a
duplicate Red Pass on the Official Website, in your Profile Area.
Can I cancel my Red Pass whenever I want? If so, how can I do it?
No, you can't cancel the Red Pass. You can lend or even transfer your seat to another Member.
I had a Red Pass last season. Can I keep my seat?
Yes, at the beginning of each season, Members who had a Red Pass in the previous season are invited
to renew the same seats. Sport Lisboa e Benfica communicates this information in good time as to
when the period in which Members can renew takes place.
What happens if I don't renew my Red Pass within the renewal period indicated by SL
Benfica?
The seats that have not been renewed will become the property of Sport Lisboa e Benfica and will be
made available to other interested Members.
I'm not interested in renewing the same seat. Can I change seats?
Yes. Sport Lisboa e Benfica, after the end of the renewal period, sets aside a few exclusive days to
exchange renewed seats. Communication on this subject is sent by sending a form to request a Red
Pass seat exchange.
What types of Red Pass are there?
The Red Passes that exist are:
Red Pass Normal - includes all home matches in the Portuguese League, Portuguese Cup, and
League Cup;
Red Pass Total - includes all Sport Lisboa e Benfica home matches;
Red Pass Premium - includes all Sport Lisboa e Benfica home matches;
Red Pass Founder (Not Sold) - includes all Sport Lisboa e Benfica home matches.
Are there discounts for purchasing the Red Pass Normal and Red Pass Total?
Yes. When purchasing the Red Pass Normal and Red Pass Total, male Members aged between 23 and 64 pay
the normal price.
The rest have a special price (a discount of around 20% on the normal price) and are grouped into
the following subcategories:
Red Pass Senior (Members who have reached the age of 65 by August 31);
Red Pass Women (Female members over 23);
Red Pass Youth (Members of both sexes aged between 3 and 23).
Are there discounts for purchasing the Red Pass Premium?
Yes, but only in some sectors, where the Family price is practiced (acquisition of more than one
seat within the immediate family: spouse, parents, children, and siblings).
What is Seat Elasticity?
Seat Elasticity is a service that allows Red Pass holders to change their seats at a specific match. To exchange a seat, the member must always go to a ticket office, Benfica Official Store or Casas do Benfica. You must pay the difference if the seat you want to change to has a higher ticket price than your seat (Red Pass) for that match.
The seats available for the Red Pass are sold out. How can I guarantee a place for next season?
There's no guarantee that you'll get a Red Pass place next season. However, joining the Red Pass Waiting List is the closest you can get to a place. You can do so here.
What is the Red Pass Waiting List?
The Red Pass Waiting List is a list for Members who wish to purchase a Red Pass seat. The list is for Members only and is available on the Club's Official Website.
How does the Red Pass Waiting List work?
The Red Pass Waiting List is an ongoing list of Members who will be invited to buy a Red Pass seat. This scenario happens if there are still seats available for sale after renewals and the seat exchange period. The number of seats available for sale will always depend on the number of seats that become vacant, and the list will be updated before the beginning of each sporting season.
How much does the Red Pass Waiting List cost?
The registration fee is €50.00 for those over 14 and €25.00 for children aged between 3 and 13. This amount will go into the member's virtual wallet at the start of the season and can be redeemed for official SL Benfica products.
Is it possible to register a Child Member on the Red Pass Waiting List?
Yes. All Members can join the Waiting List.
I've signed up for the Red Pass Waiting List. Am I guaranteed a seat for next season?
No, as the availability of Red Pass seats always depends on the percentage of seat renewals from the previous season. If you don't get your seat, you will remain on the Waiting List for subsequent seasons.
I'm on the Red Pass waiting list. How many Red Passes can I buy?
Each member can only buy 1 Red Pass.
I have a Family Membership, and I am on the Red Pass Waiting List. Can I buy a Red Pass for the whole family?
No. Only members on the waiting list can buy a seat.
I'm on the Red Pass waiting list, but I didn't get a seat for this season. Will I still be in the ranking for the following season?

What is the Secondary Market?
The Secondary Market is a service that SL Benfica offers to Red Pass Members who cannot attend a match, giving them the chance to sell their seat via the APP SL Benfica. The seat is available for sale at the Club's official points of sale. The value of the ticket is converted into a balance in the virtual wallet.
How does the Secondary Market work?
Through the APP SL Benfica, the Member can put the seat up for sale, and the value of the ticket sold is split between SL Benfica and the Member, which is converted into a balance in the virtual wallet.
Does the Secondary Market apply to all matches?
No, as there are matches in which this scenario does not occur. The possibility of the Secondary Market opening is announced on a match-by-match basis.
I have a Red Pass, and I want to put my seat up for sale. How can I do that?
To put your Red Pass up for sale, open your APP, go to your Wallet, and select the match you want to sell your seat to.
I have a Red Pass and I want to share my seat. How can I do that?

I've put my Red Pass seat on the secondary market. Is the sale of the seat guaranteed?
No. SL Benfica cannot guarantee the sale of the seat, as it is subject to having buyers.
I put my Red Pass seat on the Secondary Market, and I want to get it back. Is that possible?
Yes, it's only possible if the place hasn't been sold yet.
I sold my Red Pass seat on the Secondary Market. What happens to the sale price?
The sale price is split between the Club and the Member holding the seat.
I am a Person with Reduced Mobility (PRM), and I want to buy a Red Pass. Is this possible? If so, do I have to sign up for the Red Pass Waiting List
Yes. Members with reduced mobility must also sign up for the Red Pass waiting list. After registering, they should send an e-mail informing them of their condition.
I have a Red Pass, and I want to share a seat with a Person with Reduced Mobility (PRM). Is this possible?
Yes, you can share a seat. If the member you're sharing a seat with isn't a PMR, they should go to a ticket office to get a seat upgrade.
Are there special prices for Red Pass purchases?
Yes. Female members, those over 65, and young people aged between 3 and 25 have special prices on the Red Pass Normal and Total.
The Red Pass Founder and Premium do not have special prices per category.
What is the difference between Red Pass Total and Red Pass Premium?
The difference between the two types of Red Pass is the location.
The Premium Red Passes are in the 3 most central sectors of Level 0, on both sides and Level 1.
The Total Red Passes are in the remaining sections of Level 0 and Level 3.
I don't have mobile data to access the at the stadium. How can I validate my ticket/Red Pass?
The APP SL Benfica is set up so that you can access the Wallet offline and validate your ticket/Red Pass, as long as you have accessed the app previously.
However, if you have difficulty, you can access it via the open Wi-Fi network provided by SL Benfica.
I have a Red Pass Normal, but I want to watch the matches in the European Competitions. Can I reserve my seat for those matches?
Yes. Normal Red Pass Members can exercise their right of first refusal to buy a ticket for their seat, with a deadline, for European competitions.
I'm a Red Pass holder. Do I get benefits when buying tickets for other events held at the SL Benfica Stadium?
Benfica may provide benefits for other events, such as women's football matches or similar events organized by the Club. However, no benefits are provided for any other type of event not organized by the Club.
I bought a Red Pass, but I haven't paid one or more installments by the payment deadline. What happens?
A reminder will be sent with a new deadline for payment of the outstanding amount. If the seat is not paid by the specified date, it will be reversed in favor of the Club and sold on a match-by-match basis.
I have a Red Pass but I want to change to a place with a higher price than my current one. How much does this change cost?
There is no fee for changing seats. You only pay the difference between the value of the seat you want and your current seat.
I have a Red Pass, but I want to move to a place with a lower price than my current one. Can the price difference be refunded?
Yes. When you switch to a seat that is lower in price than your current seat, you will receive the difference in your virtual wallet balance.
What is Red Pass Indoor Sports?

What are the rights and duties of an SL Benfica Member?
The rights and duties enshrined in the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Statutes are:
Rights
Attend the Club's headquarters and social and sports facilities, under the regulatory conditions;
Representing the Club in recreational and cultural activities and practicing these activities, even if they are not competitive;
Participate in general meetings, present proposals, intervene in the discussion and vote;
Being elected to the governing bodies;
Being appointed to positions or roles in the Club;
To call extraordinary general meetings;

Honoring their membership, uncompromisingly defending the prestige and dignity of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, by adopting civic and sporting behaviors that contribute to the growth of the Club;
Comply with the statutes, regulations, resolutions of the governing bodies and decisions of the directors;
Ensuring the Club's internal cohesion and defending its assets;
Voting in elections;
To participate actively and permanently in the life of the Club, namely by providing the governing bodies with information on matters relevant to the life of the association;
To accept the exercise of the offices to which they have been elected or appointed, performing them with courage, commitment, and transparency under the spirit of these Statutes;
Representing Sport Lisboa e Benfica in the exercise of positions or in meetings in the sports, cultural, and recreational hierarchy, proceeding in harmony with the orientation defined by the governing bodies;
Pay membership fees and other compulsory contributions on time;
Inform the Board of any change of address within a maximum of ninety days;

Can I recover my old Membership number? If so, how can I do it?
Yes, recovering the number or seniority is possible after you stop paying the fees.
To do this, they must pay the outstanding membership fees from the last membership fee paid up to the present date (if they are not currently a member) or up to the date of the previous registration with up-to-date membership fees.
What is the Family Membership solution?
It's a solution that allows you to belong to the Benfica family, bring together several members, involve less financial effort, and maintain the same statutory rights. Joining involves activating direct debit.

Anchor Member (over 18): pays the normal fee according to their category:
