Benfica's Tomás Araújo has been named Defender of the Month in the Liga Betclic 2024/25 for February. The Portuguese international received the majority of votes from the competition's managers, with a total of 17.09%.

The eagles' number 44 started in three of the four matches the eagles played and won in the league in February, against Estrela da Amadora (away), Moreirense (home) and Boavista (home). He played 270 minutes and made one assist.
