BENFICA'S TRAINING SESSION

Benfica's professional football team prepared this Tuesday morning, March 4, at the Benfica Campus, for the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 tie against Barcelona. Watch or review here the first minutes of the training session open to the media on the eve of the match at the Estádio da Luz.

Injured players Bah, Manu, Florentino, Tiago Gouveia and Di María are not taking part in the training session, which will be attended by young midfielders Nuno Félix, Diogo Prioste and Hugo Félix.

On the morning of Monday, January 20, Benfica's professional football team continued, in the rain, to prepare for the clash with Barcelona, on matchday 7 of the Champions League, scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, at 8 pm, at Estádio da Luz. Tiago Gouveia and Renato Sanches, undergoing treatment and gym work, were not part of the training session at Benfica Campus, which was attended by youngsters João Fonseca, Nuno Félix, Leandro Santos, Francisco Domingues, Tiago Freitas and Eduardo Fernandes. Operation Bologna: final preparations

On the morning of Tuesday, December 10, Benfica's professional football team finalized preparations for the match against Bologna, on matchday 6 of the Champions League league phase, scheduled for 8 pm on Wednesday, December 11, at Estádio da Luz. Tiago Gouveia and Renato Sanches, undergoing treatment and gym work, didn't take part in the training session on the Benfica Campus pitch, where young midfielder Diogo Prioste, from the B team, was called up.

Preparation for the clash against Atlético de Madrid

Ahead of the match against Atlético de Madrid, on matchday 2 of the league phase of Champions League, the professional football team of SL Benfica worked out this Tuesday morning, October 1, under the guidance of coach Bruno Lage. The match takes place at the Estádio da Luz at 8 pm on Wednesday, October 2nd. Watch or review here the first minutes of the training session that took place at the  Benfica Campus.
