Kökcü - voted Player of the Match - Dahl, Schjelderup, Amdouni and Belotti reacted to Benfica's progression to the last 16 of the Champions League, after drawing with Monaco (3-3; 4-3 on aggregate) in the second leg of the knockout stage play-off.

KÖKCÜ

"Happy to contribute with a goal"

"It was a difficult night because, as I also said yesterday [in the press conference], we knew that they would press high, that they would be very tough, and we felt that. For me, it wasn't our best game either, but in the end we're happy with [progressing to] the next round. That's the most important thing. I'm happy once again to be able to contribute a goal. I don't think it was our best first half, but in the second half we were very good, we were better in the game, and we created more chances. In the end, we're very happy to be through to the next round. [Next opponent: Barcelona or Liverpool?] To be honest, I didn't think about it, because now, at this stage, we have to beat any opponent, it doesn't matter if it's Liverpool or Barcelona."

"At home, the support is unbelievable"

"Today it was 100 percent team spirit, with a lot of fight. They had attacks, we had attacks, but in the end we scored three goals and conceded three as well. But we're still in the competition, which was the main objective. All the teams at this stage are very good, so we knew this would be a tough game. Sometimes we were better, sometimes they were better... It was a difficult game. [The support of the fans] They always make a big difference, and here at home we have unbelievable support. So I can only thank all the Benfica fans who were here. [Barcelona or Liverpool in the last 16?] It's a very difficult question. I'm happy that we're there, and then we'll see who we're up against."

SCHJELDERUP

"Go game by game and get as far as possible"

"A very difficult game against a very good opponent, but we got what we needed. We're in the next round, it's very important for the team, the club and the fans. We're very happy. It wasn't the best game for us, or for me, but we scored three goals. We conceded three, but we're through, that's the most important thing. We got the result we needed to progress to the next round, so the most important thing now is to focus on the next Liga [Betclic] game and to keep working hard and continuing what we're doing. We hope we can go even further in the Champions League. We'll try to go game by game and get as far as we can."

AMDOUNI

"I tried to do my best, we're happy"

"It was a difficult game in the first half, but in the end we held on to the result. A game like this can happen and, in the end, qualification is the most important thing. We're happy. [Start of the 2nd half] In a game like this, substitutions are very important to help defend and also attack. I tried to do my best, with the coach's confidence. I tried my best. [How do you feel at Benfica?] I'm happy. I hope to play more often, that's normal, but I'm happy. We've come from a Liga Betclic game, and in the league we're two points behind Sporting. In the Champions League, we got through this round. Let's see now. [Barcelona or Liverpool in the last 16?] Let's see what happens, I don't have a preference."

Belotti

BELOTTI

"The important thing was to win, and that's what we did"

"We're very happy, because it's a very important game for us. We've passed this stage and the whole team is very happy. The way we play, always wanting to attack, always wanting to score, sometimes we take a bit of a risk. Today, the important thing was to win, and that's what we did. [Barcelona or Liverpool as opponents?] It doesn't matter. They're two top teams, we'll play one of them. It won't be a problem. [How do you feel at Benfica?Very well. I'm happy, very happy to be at this great club. I hope we have as much satisfaction as we can in all the competitions we're playing in."
