Bah, Benfica's right-back, was brought on as a substitute in Denmark's one-all draw with England in the second match of Group C of the 2024 European Championship, played on Thursday, June 20, in Frankfurt.

Launched in the 57th minute, the Reds' defender had 22 touches of the ball and a 71 percent pass efficiency rate (12 out of 17 attempted), hitting two of the four long passes he attempted, according to data from the Sofascore platform. Defensively, he also recorded one clearance, one interception, one tackle and won three duels, two of them in the air.

Both goals came in the first half, with the English opening the scoring in the 18th minute through Kane (1-0) and the Danes equalizing in the 34th minute through Hjulmand (1-1).

After two matches, Denmark have two points in Group C, the same as Slovenia. England leads the standings with four points and Serbia are in 4th place with one point. In the next round, the third and final of the group stage, the Danes will face the Serbs at 8 pm on Tuesday, June 25, in Munich.

Two-time European champion, synonymous with the Sport Lisboa e Benfica mystique, José Augusto was honored on Sunday, April 13, the day of his 88th birthday. During half-time of the Benfica-Arouca match, on matchday 29 of the Liga Betclic, he was applauded by the Benfiquistas and thanked for the gesture from the Presidential Tribune. There, in the box, in the presence of President Rui Costa, among José Augusto's friends and family, Happy Birthday was sung to one of the undeniable names in the history of the Glorioso.
