THE 3^rd JERSEY

adidas and SL Benfica have just launched the 3rd jersey for the 2023/24 season. In a year that aims to honor the fans who follow the Club even when they are abroad, this new jersey comes as an extension of "A love without borders".

After the launch of the black away jersey, with 5 stripes of 5 different colors, the 3rd jersey is a classic: white, with 3 red stripes that stand out on the shoulder line and details of 5 different colors placed on the side, as well as hemming the jersey, giving special emphasis to the plurality of colors. The goal is one: to praise a community that stands together for the Club.

SL Benfica has a worldwide representation, a fact substantiated by the 69 countries where it has played, by the players of 55 nationalities who have already passed through its squad and even by the official representation it has in 12 countries, through the Casas do Benfica. 5 continents, 5 colors, 5 front stripes on the jersey.

The 3rd jersey retains the 'adidas PRIMEGREEN' feature, meaning it has been produced with a range of high-performance recycled materials that represent the commitment to phase out all virgin polyester by 2024, as well as plastic waste.3
