The Brazilian Football Confederation has announced the dismissal of Nycole Raysla from the squad for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

In Monday's training match, the Benfica forward suffered a sprained left ankle, which led coach Pia Sundhage to call up Angelina Alonso into the squad.

The Brazilian international will return to Lisbon, where she will be reassessed and monitored by the Clinical Department of Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
