António Silva made his scoring debut in the Liga Bwin. On the night of this Sunday, November 6, the central defender contributed with two goals to the Benfica's victory by 1-5 against Estoril, on matchday 12, and was voted the "Man of the Match".

"We got a big result, which reflects what the game was, and it's very good. We still have two games before the break [for the World Cup] and we want to win them too", said António Silva.
