TRAINING SESSION: 15 MINUTES

The professional football team of Sport Lisboa e Benfica prepared, on Tuesday, September 13, the match in Turin, against Juventus, for matchday 2 of group H of the Champions League, scheduled for 8:00 pm on Wednesday. SL Benfica's professional football professional team trained on Monday afternoon, March 10, at the Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys, the venue for the match against Barcelona, a decisive match for the Eagles' continuity in the Champions League. On the eve of the clash, joy and focus reigned during the first 15 minutes of the training session, which was open to the media and whose best images you can see here. Barcelona-Benfica, in the second leg of the last 16 of the prestigious competition, kicks off at 5:45 pm in mainland Portugal.

Preparing to host Monaco

On Monday, February 17, Benfica's professional team continued their preparations for the second leg of their Champions League play-off against Monaco. The match is scheduled for 8 pm on Tuesday at the Estádio da Luz. The academy players present at this training session at Benfica Campus were: Leandro Santos (right-back), Gonçalo Oliveira (center-back), Nuno Félix (midfielder), Tiago Freitas (midfielder) and Diogo Prioste (midfielder). On the other hand, the following players were absent: Bah, Manu, Florentino, Aursnes, Renato Sanches, Tiago Gouveia and Di María.

Fine-tuning the last details to face Juventus

On the morning of Tuesday, January 28, Benfica's professional football team continued their preparations for the match against Juventus, on matchday 8 of the Champions League league phase, scheduled for Wednesday, January 29, at 8 pm, at the Juventus Stadium. Tiago Gouveia e Renato Sanches, Injured Tiago Gouveia and Renato Sanches were absent from the training session held on the Benfica Campus. On the other hand, the youngsters Leandro Santos, João Fonseca and Nuno Félix were called up. Watch the video here.
