PRESIDENT'S STATEMENT

"It is a very sad day for the Benfiquista Nation and for all football enthusiasts" – Rui Costa, President of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, reacted to the news of Fernando Chalana's death while still in Denmark.

"Our genius has passed away, one of the greatest and eternal symbols of the Club", mourned Rui Costa, in declarations toBTV. "As President of the Club, I will make sure that the memory of Fernando Chalana will always be present in all Benfiquistas", he assured.

The Inspiradoras interacted with the many fans who lined up - some even waited more than two hours for the session to start - and who didn't waste the opportunity to talk to the protagonists of the historic feat and remember the moment with photographs.
