The involvement and connection of Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Professional Football and Youth Football intensifies in the new era at the Club and will have particular expression and impact on the work dynamics to be regularly promoted by the direct articulation of Roger Schmidt and Luís Castro, coaches of the first team and B team, respectively.

With the purpose of implementing the strategy outlined internally and shared, in general terms, by President Rui Costa to the Club's Members and supporters,the two head coaches began the joint work that they will carry out at the Benfica Campus to narrow the vertices of the two axes of Football (Professional and Youth Football), aiming to create the best formula to leverage talents and emerging assets.
