Paulo Bernardo received the Liga 2 Midfielder of the Month award
Benfica's athlete is part of the first team, having helped the B team win five of the six games played in October and November.

The Benfica player Paulo Bernardo received the Liga 2 Midfielder of the Month award, for October and November, a distinction motivated by 27.78% of the votes of the coaches of the competing teams.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who is part of Benfica's first team, beat Guga, an athlete nurtured at Benfica who represents Rio Ave, with 13,19% of the votes, while Afonso Taira from Casa Pia achieved 9.03% of the votes.
"I am very happy about this achievement. I thank all my teammates and staff who trained with me daily. Without them, this wouldn't be possible. It's very good for us [young players] to have this exposure, win games, and be at the top of the table", he said.
