Marta Cintra, a 20-year-old forward, a U-20 international with Brazil, is the latest signing for the women's football team of Sport Lisboa e Benfica. 

"It is a very good feeling. I thank the President [Luís Filipe Vieira] and the Vice President [Fernando Tavares] for trusting in my work. I'm here to aim for good things with the team. The best will be to become a champion", claimed the young player to BTV.

"It's a big club, one of the biggest in the world and the team [women's football team] is very good. Ana Alice that the club is exceptional and that welcomes very well those who arrive", she praised.

The newly crowned five-time national champions, Benfica's women's football team, were present at the Benfica Official Store at the Estádio da Luz on Tuesday afternoon, April 15. The Inspiradoras interacted with the many fans who lined up - some even waited more than two hours for the session to start - and who didn't waste the opportunity to talk to the protagonists of the historic feat and remember the moment with photographs. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone left satisfied. “Filipa, you're the best coach in the world,” said one Benfica fan.
