Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that Jassie Vasconcelos underwent surgery this morning after an anterior cruciate ligament injury to the left knee.

The footballer will rest for the next few days, then begin recovery work, being sidelined for no less than six months.

A skill test topped off with a good mood

Christy Ucheibe, Joana Silva, Francisco Neto and João Veloso, players from Benfica's women's team and B team respectively, put their skills to the test in a skill challenge, in which the good mood and relaxation of the moment prevailed. At Benfica Campus, the challenge consisted of the footballers, in pairs, and in a series of 10 shots/passes by each participant, scoring goals in four mini-goals, worth points depending on the degree of difficulty, i.e. the distance to the target.
