With the imminent return of the Liga NOS 2019/20, EA Sports gifted FIFA 20 Ultimate Team lovers with TOTSSF (Team of the Season So Far) of the Portuguese top-flight. Benfica, with six players, is the most represented club.

Rúben Dias, Pizzi, Taarabt, Gabriel, Rafa and Carlos Vinícius are the Benfica players that stand out in the Ultimate Team upgraded cards that make up the Portuguese league team of the season so far. The benfiquista Grimaldo, although he was not included in the eleven, he was elected by the players' community for his consistency and was also entitled to a special card in this period.
