Raul de Tomas' transfer made official
SL Benfica communicated to CMVM the details of the agreement with RCD Espanyol Barcelona for the sale of the striker.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol, SAD informed the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) to have agreed with RCD Espanyol de Barcelona the terms for the definitive transfer of Raul de Tomas' rights for 20 million euros.
The information provided details that "additional amounts are foreseen depending on the achievement of objectives related to the sporting performance of the player and RCD Espanyol Barcelona, which may reach an amount of two million euros".
Benfica SAD will also be entitled to receive 20% of the value of a capital gain obtained on a future transfer of Raul de Tomas.
