STATEMENTS

André Almeida has completed his debut in Liga NOS against SC Braga and as a starter. The right-back played the 90 minutes and still provided an assist to Pizzi for the 0-2.

“Essentially, the most important was to leave here with the victory, without pain, and that's what happened”, he remembered.

Coming back from an injury, the defender analyzed the production of Benfica in these first four Rounds of Liga NOS.

“I see an healthy team and with the commitment to do things well. Not always things go the way we want, but we're always looking for the best, and today we did a great match and managed to get a consistent win”, considered.

For three days, between April 14 and 16, Benfica Campus hosted the 1st edition of the Goalkeeper Experience, an initiative that allowed 20 boys and girls, born between 2007 and 2012, to develop and perfect their sporting performance as goalkeepers, according to SL Benfica's training methodology.
