Bayern Munich won the match from week 3 of the Bundesliga (3-1 against Bayer Leverkusen), but lost two important pieces for the clash with Benfica at 8 pm on Wednesday at Estádio da Luz, in gameweek 1 of the Champions League group stage.

Corentin Tolisso and Rafinha have picked up injuries during the match that took place at the Allianz Arena and are sidelined in the Bavarian team coached by Niko Kovac.

The French player had to be replaced before half-time due to an ACL tear of the right knee. Tolisso submitted to surgery this Sunday and will be out for several months.

Rafinha injured himself close to the final whistle. The full-back picked up an injury on the left ankle and will be sidelined for several weeks.
