Sébastien Corchia is ending the connection to SL Benfica. Signed on loan from Sevilla at the end of the 2018/19 summer transfer window, the right-back contributed in the Reconquest mission and enriched his resume with a National Champion title, the 37th in the eagles' history.

When it came time to say goodbye, Corchia made sure to share a message of eternal gratitude to the Club and its supporters.

"Hello, Benfica fans. It was a pleasure to play in this legendary Stadium and in this beautiful city. I want to thank all Benfica fans, you were amazing. It was fantastic to be able to win a Championship representing this great club!", claimed the French defender.
