João Félix, Pizzi, Rúben Dias, and Rafa already trained under Fernando Santos, after having only carried out physical recovery work on Monday, the first the of work from the Senior National Team.

Portugal continues, at the Cidade do Futebol, the preparation for the qualification matches for the 2020 European Championship. In the second day of training, João Félix – who carried out his first ever training session with the senior national team –, Pizzi, Rúben Dias, and Rafa joined their teammate on the pitch. In the first day, they had stayed in the gym recovering from Sunday's match, in Moreira de Cónegos.

The National team is part of Group B, together with Ukraine, Serbia, Lithuania, and Luxembourg.

For three days, between April 14 and 16, Benfica Campus hosted the 1st edition of the Goalkeeper Experience, an initiative that allowed 20 boys and girls, born between 2007 and 2012, to develop and perfect their sporting performance as goalkeepers, according to SL Benfica's training methodology. A success, to be repeated!
