Saturday of derbies

The season 2017/18 is drawing to a close and the decisive moment have arrived. From the Academy team to the first teams, from the National Championship to the Portuguese Cup… A Saturday of derbies is coming, in other words, of matches between Benfica and Sporting.

The men's futsal team will try to win the second consecutive Portuguese Cup. After beating Burinhosa in the quarter-finals, Benfica will face Sporting.

The encounter is scheduled for 2:30 pm and the finalist will play again on Sunday (12:30 pm), also at the Pavilhão Multiusos de Gondomar.

From futsal we move on to football. The leader of the U-19 National Championship, Benfica, hosts the third-placed Sporting in a match from week 11 of the championship round. With a five-point difference, this may be a decisive derby to find out who will be champion. There are still 12 points at stake…

Eagles and lions will lock horns at 5:00 pm, at the Field n.º 1 of Caixa Futebol Campus.

At 7:30 pm, another decisive derby. The women's futsal team returns to the Pavilhão Multiusos de Gondomar, where they will try to defend the title won last season.

The derby will kick-off at 7:30 pm.
