Before the Benfica-Chaves there was a story to tell: from the 17 opponents of Liga NOS, only the formation from Chaves was yet to feel the fire power of Jonas.

After the match, this Saturday, at Estádio da Luz, the story is other: Jonas scored twice (the first one was a tremendous shot!) and, now, no opponent from Liga NOS can claim to be unique.

The nº 10 of Benfica closes the Matchweek 19 with 23 goals scored, consolidating his position as Top Scorer of Liga NOS and of the most important European Leagues.

In terms of statistics, Jonas only needs 71 minutes to put the ball on the opposite nets.

A parameter which reflects the good shape of Jonas corresponds to sequence of matches scoring. With the two successful shots, this weekend, against Chaves, the Brazilian already takes six matches in a row: Estoril (home), Tondela (away), Sporting (home), Moreirense (away), Braga (away) and now Chaves (home).

The Inspiradoras interacted with the many fans who lined up - some even waited more than two hours for the session to start - and who didn't waste the opportunity to talk to the protagonists of the historic feat and remember the moment with photographs. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone left satisfied. “Filipa, you're the best coach in the world,” said one Benfica fan.
