"It's going to be an honor to wear this jersey"

Filip Krovinovic, Croatian midfielder, 21 years old, is the newest SL Benfica's player.

 "I'm very happy, because I'm going to play in the stadium where the King Eusébio, Bento, Nené and some other, played. I'm anxious to represent Benfica and to play in this full stadium", he said.

 Krovinovic has assured that he is going to give everything to the Club, in order to prove that the club's decision was the right one. "I have the opportunity to play in this big Club. I chose Benfica and it's going to be an honor to wear this jersey. I'm going to do everything to show that the decision was good and to thank the trust of everybody, Rui Vitória, President..." he assured.

 The young footballer, U21 for Croatia, comes from Rio Ave (where he has played 50 matches and scored seven goals) to Benfica and faces a new reality. "I know that everything is going to be alright in Benfica. The team plays in the Champions League and it is always a candidate to win the Portuguese Championship. Many of my Rio Aves' teammates have told me good things about Benfica.

 The midfielder joins Seferovic and Alex Pinto as the new Benfica’s signings for 2017/18.
