The newly crowned five-time national champions, Benfica's women's football team, were present at the Benfica Official Store at the Estádio da Luz on Tuesday afternoon, April 15. The Inspiradoras interacted with the many fans who lined up - some even waited more than two hours for the session to start - and who didn't waste the opportunity to talk to the protagonists of the historic feat and remember the moment with photographs. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone left satisfied. “Filipa, you're the best coach in the world,” said one Benfica fan.

Historic day for Benfica and Portuguese football! On Saturday, April 12, the Inspiradoras celebrated winning the fifth national championship in a row after beating Valadares Gaia 0-3, on matchday 20 of the Liga BPI, with goals from Christy Ucheibe (29'), Cristina Prieto (42') and Beatriz Cameirão (75'). A trophy that they have added to the League Cup. Fervent in their support for the team, the Benfiquistas gave color to the celebration at the Estádio Dr. Jorge Sampaio, painted red and white. Benfica said goodbye to the 2024/25 edition of the Champions League on Tuesday night, March 11. Needing to turn the tie around in Catalonia after a 0-1 draw at Estádio da Luz, the Eagles were beaten 3-1 to end their participation in the competition, which was the debut of a new format, with honor and their heads held high. In the two legs of the Champions League last 16, Barcelona won 4-1 on aggregate.
