On Tuesday, December 24, the European Champions Hall at the Estádio da Luz was decorated to host a Christmas dinner organized by the Benfica Foundation and Casas Benfica, in partnership with Santa Casa da Misericórdia and the Comunidade Vida e Paz. A moment of communion and fraternization - attended by President Rui Costa and the Foundation's CEO, Carlos Moia - which allowed those present to celebrate the festive season together with the Benfiquista Family! In other parts of the country and beyond, where there are Casas Benfica, the initiative's intention to become more and more widespread was also evident this year. This Saturday, November 30, was a special day for the kids and adults of Arouca whose hearts beat faster for Benfica! On the occasion of the inauguration of the new Casa Benfica facilities in the town, President Rui Costa led a delegation from the club that was welcomed at the Town Hall and received a great deal of affection as they walked through the streets. The Benfica soul in all its splendor on the eve of Arouca-Benfica, matchday 12 of the Liga Betclic.

This Sunday, November 19, Santarém experienced a great day of Benfica fervor with the inauguration of the first Casa Benfica 2.0. Cheered on by the fans who didn't miss a moment of the party in the city, President Rui Costa was the main attraction of a day that he considered "historic" in the life of the Club. A very special day for the Clubs's Casas, Branches and Delegations, with the match between Benfica and Casa Pia, on matchday 9 of the Liga Betclic, being dedicated to them! "It's a celebration for the Casas do Benfica, a reward for their work and dedication and also SL Benfica's recognition of their key role in making the Club and its mystique great", explained vice-president Domingos Almeida Lima, in the middle of the Cathedral pitch. Symptomatic of the unity, of the 298 currently in existence, 132 were there and paraded at Luz (117 from home and 15 from abroad)... a record number that stands as the largest attendance ever at matches with this objective.
