The accumulated value offer in your Virtual Wallet will be applied during the checkout process on the Website and App, exclusively for registered users, and will be available in the Virtual Wallet after the order is invoiced in the logistics process.

To access the accumulated amount in your Virtual Wallet, present your Member Card or Digital Sou Benfica Card, available in the Benfica Official APP.

Direct Discount Calculation

The direct discount is applied directly to the general retail price of the product, not accumulable with the value of Member or Digital Sou Benfica Card (Registered Fan).

Discount Example:
_ Original product price: €100.00
_ Promotional discount: 20%
_ Final price with promotional discount: €80.00 (price with promotion)

If the user is a Member and has a 10% Member Discount, the additional discount will not be applied to the price already with promotion. That is, the Member discount will not be applied to the €80.

Virtual Wallet Accumulated Value Calculation

The accumulated value in the Virtual Wallet is calculated based on the promotional price of the product, not the original price.
_ Members accumulate 2% of the promotional price.
_ Registered Fans accumulate 1% of the promotional price.

Virtual Wallet Accumulated Value Example:
_ Promotional price of the product: €80 (after the 20% discount)
_ If the person is a Member, they accumulate 2% of €80, i.e., 2% of €80 = €1.60 (value added to the Virtual Wallet)
_ If the person is a Registered Fan, they accumulate 1% of €80, i.e., 1% of €80 = €0.80 (value added to the Virtual Wallet)

Campaign Summary:
The Discount will be applied to the original price of the item.
The accumulated value in the Virtual Wallet will be 2% of the promotional price for Members and 1% of the promotional price for Fans.
