For a safe experience, the Sport Lisboa e Benfica team must ensure that participants understand that the Slide activity is carried out in strict compliance with the provisions of this regulation:
1. The Slide is prohibited for those taller than 1.90m (one meter and ninety centimeters).
2. The Slide is prohibited for those weighing more than 95Kg.
3. The Slide is prohibited for children under 10 years old.
4. Our operational capacity is 30 people per hour. Therefore, Sport Lisboa e Benfica is not responsible for the waiting time to use the attraction.
5. The Slide is prohibited for individuals with any physical and/or psychological conditions, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, recent surgeries, epilepsy, heart, circulatory, respiratory, or spinal problems, aerophobia, acrophobia, physical or mental disabilities, high blood pressure, abnormal weight, vertigo, and/or any other conditions deemed incompatible with this activity. Pregnant individuals are also prohibited from participating.
6. The Slide is not allowed for those who appear intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or exhibit violent, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that may interfere with the attraction's normal operation or safety.
7. Access to the Slide Tower and the use of the Slide require strict compliance with the instructions provided by the responsible monitors.
8. Failure to strictly follow safety instructions will make the user liable in the event of an accident, resulting in the loss of personal accident insurance coverage.
9. If the monitor denies access to the Slide to any participant, this decision must be respected immediately.
10. The use of the safety equipment provided by the monitors is mandatory and exclusive.
11. Users cannot descend with objects that may cause accidents or injuries, such as glasses, hanging objects, or flip-flops. Handbags and other loose objects that may fall during the descent are also not allowed. Refusal to remove prohibited items will result in denial of access to the Slide.
12. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended, and skirts should be avoided.
13. Users must leave their belongings with a trusted person before descending, as the event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage.
14. The organization reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Slide for safety reasons, force majeure, or event management requirements, including adverse weather conditions.
15. The organization is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the Slide activity.
16. Any omitted cases will be governed by applicable Portuguese law.
