Two mandates in one
A management with large initiatives, several measures taken but with low results.
The management has begun, in football, with the Championship title (1994) and with a membership admission campaign, full of success (48 thousand got in, overtaking one hundred thousand) in order to exceed the financial problems. Elected for three years, the mandate has come to an end in July 1996 as a consequence of not winning football titles. Elections were called and he was re-elected for the triennium (1996 to 1999), which, abruptly, has come to an end in 1997. With the football getting worst, the incapacity of having revenues and the Football SAD (PLC) not approved, the decision was making elections.
