The Benfica Goalkeeper Experience is a program developed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica at the Benfica Campus. It is aimed at young goalkeepers who want to develop and improve their sporting performance.
Participants will be provided with the methodology, coaches, knowledge, and programs that have made Sport Lisboa e Benfica a world reference in the development of young athletes.
The Benfica Goalkeeper Experience is more than training. It's a chance to challenge yourself to achieve excellence, to become more agile and confident, and to hone your skills. You'll learn to think and react at the level of the best goalkeepers, with unique training that will prepare you to face any challenge on the pitch.

About the methodology
The methodology applied in the Benfica Goalkeeper Experience will be the same as that used by Sport Lisboa e Benfica in its development of athletes and guarantees the sustainability of the Club's first team squads. Through the specific training that Sport Lisboa e Benfica will provide you with, you will be able to develop your technical-tactical, physical, and psychological skills.
You'll also have the chance to be observed and assessed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Scouting Department.
About the Coaches
Sport Lisboa e Benfica coaches are considered critical success factors in the development of our young athletes and are accredited by the FPF/UEFA. In the Benfica Goalkeeper Experience, the Club's coaches will monitor your progress during the training period.
