8. The prices shown may be changed in exceptional circumstances or simply because the price of the carriers’ services increased;
9. Shipping prices include VAT at the legal rate of the destination country in the European Union, for countries outside the EU, for example, USA, Brazil or Switzerland, VAT will not be charged;
10. For countries outside of the European Union, the custom duties established by the countries themselves will also be applied.
Information about the Pickup Point
Order pick-up at the Benfica Official Store Estádio and Benfica Official Store Colombo, will take place as of 11.30am, and the store opening hours are from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm. Orders placed until 6.00pm on a working day will be available for pick-up within 48 hours (working days from Monday to Friday) after successful payment.
You will receive an SMS confirmation when your order is available at the selected store for pickup.
How long do I have to pick up my order at a pickup point?
Orders remain for 14 days at the pickup point for collection. After the deadline,
orders will be returned to the warehouse, and you will be notified via phone or email to provide an alternative
address for shipping and/or if your order is below the free shipping threshold, the Value will be charged at
collection or with prepayment.
Pre-sale product
If you purchased a product in pre-sale with pickup at the pickup point, the product may suffer changes according to the estimated date of arrival of the purchased item at the warehouse, because for this product the pick up on the next working day does not apply. At the time of the purchase there is an expected product delivery date.
When the products are available for collection in the store, the customer will be notified through our services, via e-mail, sms or telephone contact, to pick up the goods.
