Tickets for Benfica-Atlético de Madrid, matchday 2 of the league phase go on sale from Friday, September 13, at the club's official points of sale. The match takes place at 8:00 pm on October 2 (Wednesday), at Estádio da Luz.

  • Lifetime Red Pass: members with a Lifetime Red Pass card, season 24/25, have a period of 3 days to enjoy their free ticket, at a physical point of sale or via SMS activation.

  • No entry for children under 3 years old

  • Over 3s (inclusive) need to buy a ticket

  • The membership card is personal and non-transferable and must be presented whenever requested by a Venue Assistant

  • 2024/25 Red Pass holders can share their ticket, exclusively via the SL Benfica App

Benfica-Tirsense: extended match highlights (4-0)

In front of almost 50,000 spectators at the Estádio da Luz, Benfica confirmed their qualification for the 2024/2025 Portuguese Cup final on Wednesday night, April 23, by beating Tirsense 4-0 in the second leg of the semi-final (goals from António Silva, Bajrami, Belotti and Barreiro). In the first game, the Eagles had won 0-5. Thus, with a 9-0 aggregate in the semi-final, the Glorioso reached the decisive match of the Portuguese Cup for the 39th time. On their way to Jamor, the Reds overcame Pevidém (0-2), Estrela da Amadora (7-0), Farense (1-3), SC Braga (1-0) and, finally, Tirsense in a two-legged tie.

A moving tribute to Humberto Coelho

Having celebrated his 75th birthday on Sunday, April 20, Humberto Coelho received a heartfelt and well-deserved tribute on Wednesday, April 23, at the Estádio da Luz, during half-time of the Benfica-Tirsense (4-0) second leg of the Portuguese Cup semi-finals. Captain for many years, he wore the Manto Sagrado for “14 fantastic seasons” and, on the pitch, he gave a special thanks to the fans. "This is more than soul, it's an extraordinary mystique! Only at Benfica can you feel this recognition and this glory and memory of having played for the best club in the world," said the former central defender.
