Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that the contractual relationship with basketball player Toney Douglas has ended.

The American center back arrived at our club in 2022 and helped win two National Championships, a Portuguese Cup, a Hugo dos Santos Cup and a Super Cup. Douglas was also the MVP of the 2022/23 league finals and the 2023/24 Hugo dos Santos Cup final.

Sport Lisboa e Benfica would like to thank Toney Douglas for his commitment and dedication!
