Benfica's men's roller hockey team qualified for the final of the National Championship play-off after beating Oliveirense 6-1 on Thursday, June 13, in the fifth and final game of the semifinals.

Immediately after the final whistle of match 5 and the conclusion of the semi-final (3-2), the red team was greeted with a huge ovation from the fans, accompanied by chants of encouragement for the final of the National Championship play-off, where Benfica will face FC Porto, in another chapter of the mission to successfully defend the title. Game 1 is scheduled for 3pm on Sunday, June 16, at the Dragão Arena.
