• Lifetime Red Pass: members with a Lifetime Red Pass card for the 2023/24 season have 3 days to claim their free ticket, either at a physical point of sale or via SMS activation

• No entry for children under 3 years old

• Children over 3 (inclusive) need to buy a ticket

• The membership card is personal and non-transferable and must be presented whenever requested by a Venue Assistant

• 2023/24 Red Pass holders can share their ticket, exclusively via the SL Benfica App

• No exchanges and/or returns of tickets

• Within the framework of Law 39/2009, in its current wording, Article 27 states:
