The UEFA Refereeing Committee has appointed French referee Clément Turpin (41), an international since 2010, to referee the Champions League Group D match between Benfica and Real Sociedad at 8 pm on Tuesday, October 24, at the Estádio da Luz.

Nicolas Danos and Erwan Finjean will be the assistants and Ruddy Buquet the fourth official.

Willy Delajod will be in the role of video referee (VAR), assisted by Bastian Dankert (AVAR).
