At the end of the Red Pass renewal and exchange period for the 2023/24 season, the sale to the first 298 Sport Lisboa e Benfica Members on the waiting list begins.

The Red Pass renewal was very close to 100 percent, which is why 298 places are available for new sales. Thus, in the 2023/24 season there will be 45,000 Red Pass Members again.

Members will be contacted by email and SMS with all the information on how they can purchase their seat between August 1 and 8.

The remaining Members - who are not included in this list of 298 - remain automatically on the waiting list for the next seasons and will have a new position in the ranking. The amount paid by these members will be returned in balance in the virtual wallet, on a date to be announced soon.

The number of Red Passes remains at 45,000 so that, game by game at the Estádio da Luz, tickets will be available for sale to members.

Currently, more than 14,000 Members are on the waiting list.

In front of almost 50,000 spectators at the Estádio da Luz, Benfica confirmed their qualification for the 2024/2025 Portuguese Cup final on Wednesday night, April 23, by beating Tirsense 4-0 in the second leg of the semi-final (goals from António Silva, Bajrami, Belotti and Barreiro). In the first game, the Eagles had won 0-5. Thus, with a 9-0 aggregate in the semi-final, the Glorioso reached the decisive match of the Portuguese Cup for the 39th time. On their way to Jamor, the Reds overcame Pevidém (0-2), Estrela da Amadora (7-0), Farense (1-3), SC Braga (1-0) and, finally, Tirsense in a two-legged tie.

A moving tribute to Humberto Coelho

Having celebrated his 75th birthday on Sunday, April 20, Humberto Coelho received a heartfelt and well-deserved tribute on Wednesday, April 23, at the Estádio da Luz, during half-time of the Benfica-Tirsense (4-0) second leg of the Portuguese Cup semi-finals. Captain for many years, he wore the Manto Sagrado for “14 fantastic seasons” and, on the pitch, he gave a special thanks to the fans. "This is more than soul, it's an extraordinary mystique! Only at Benfica can you feel this recognition and this glory and memory of having played for the best club in the world," said the former central defender.
