Enzo, one of the new faces of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica squad, was named the Best Midfielder of the Month of the Liga Bwin 2022/23 in August.

The eagles' young center-midfielder played as a starter in all four games played and won by the team in August, against Arouca (he scored a goal), Casa Pia, Boavista and Paços de Ferreira.

Enzo was the most voted, and in 2nd position was another Benfica player, João Mário, with 22.92% of the preferences. Al Musrati (SC Braga), with 9.03% of the votes given by the coaches, was in the 3rd position.
