Adidas and SL Benfica display jerseys 2022/23 at the Costume Museum

JERSEY TRILOGY

Adidas and Sport Lisboa e Benfica present the "trilogy" of jerseys for the 2022/23 season through a film that shows the Club's connection to the city of Lisbon. After the 25 de Abril Bridge silhouette on the home jersey, the new jerseys released feature illustrative elements of the city: the typical tramway is the motto of the away jersey and is featured on the back. The third jersey shows a graphic that reminds us of the Portuguese sidewalk. 

All these elements are present in a film that shows the relationship of the Club with the city's daily life and with its citizens. On a global scale, eclectic and multicultural, Lisbon is portrayed in its essence of typical neighborhoods, Ribeira das Naus and more urban environments.

From fado to rap, the film goes through different eras until the present, culminating with the exhibition of the three jerseys at the Costume Museum, a space that gives a noble character to the Sacred Mantle.

The campaign has creativity by O Escritório and the film is directed by José Pedro Sousa from Ministério dos Filmes.

The new jersey is on sale in the online and official adidas and SL Benfica stores and in the main sports stores in the country with a recommended retail price of 90€.
