The UEFA Refereeing Committee announced this Friday, July 29, the refereeing teams for the matches between Benfica and FC Midtjylland, from the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League.

In the first leg at Estádio da Luz (August 2, 8:00 pm), the refereeing team is Spanish and will be led by Alejandro Hernández, international since 2014.

José Naranjo and Diego Sanchez Rojo will be the assistant referees and José Luis Munuera the 4th official.

In the second leg, to be played at the Randers Stadium (August 9, at 6:45 pm Portuguese time), will have a team of officials from Serbia. The referee Srdjan Jovanovic is a international since 2015.

Uros Stojkovic and Milan Mihajlovic will be the assistants referees; Momcilo Markovic will be 4th official.

Meanwhile, UEFA informed that the matches of the 3rd qualifying round will, for the first time, have the use of video referee technology.
