The sixth goal scored by Darwin in the last five matches in the Liga Bwin earned Benfica the win over Marítimo in Madeira (0-1) and the three points on matchday 33 of the Portuguese top flight.

"It was a very difficult match, they positioned themselves well in defense. We must work for the remaining matches, to improve, because it's not over yet. Scoring early gave us confidence, we were doing very well before the sending-off [of Claudio Winck].", said the "Man of the Match " to Sport TV.

The team's and the championship's top scorer, Darwin has 26 goals when there are two matches left to play in the Liga Bwin, being in a good position to win the individual trophy.

"Goals are like ketchup: when one comes out, they all come out. I must seize it! I will continue to work, but the most important thing is the victory of the team, this is a credit to all of us and to the fans, who are always supporting us", claimed Benfica forward.
