Sport Lisboa e Benfica informs that, under the terms of the envisaged statutes, and due to today's announcement from the President, the Vice-President Rui Manuel César Costa, takes office, as of now, as President of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, under the terms of paragraph a), number 3, article 61 of the Club's statutes.

This decision was unanimously approved by the Board of Sport Lisboa e Benfica.
