Coming off the bench to play in the second half in the home match against Braga, Haris Seferovic completed a brace (and even scored third goal, but he was offside). Unfortunately, the goals were not enough to avoid a 3-2 loss in Matchday 7 of the Liga NOS.

"It was a difficult match, mainly in the first half. The second half was better, we scored twice and I even had the chance to score again, but the keeper stopped it", said the Swiss international to BTV.

Seferovic is the top scorer of Benfica in the Liga NOS, with six goals.

"I scored twice, it’s good, but the goals didn’t help the team, because we lost. I’d rather score once and win the game", assumed.
