If there are no plans yet for the children's holidays, this may be the ideal opportunity. In an atypical year, Sport Lisboa e Benfica once again welcomes children and teenagers to the 2020 Holiday Camps.

Complying with all the instructions and health and safety standards of the Directorate General of Health (DGS) and Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth (IPDJ), Benfica organizes, between July 6 and 31, four weeks of Holiday Camps dedicated to football and aimed at all young people (boys and girls) from 6 to 16 years.

Given the circumstances that the COVID-19 pandemic has forced upon all, this year the groups will be reduced and therefore the vacancies will be limited. To register for the Holiday Camps and/or for more information, please contact escoladefutebol@slbenfica.pt.

1st edition of the Goalkeeper Experience was a success

For three days, between April 14 and 16, Benfica Campus hosted the 1st edition of the Goalkeeper Experience, an initiative that allowed 20 boys and girls, born between 2007 and 2012, to develop and perfect their sporting performance as goalkeepers, according to SL Benfica's training methodology. A success, to be repeated!

Five-time champions in celebration

The newly crowned five-time national champions, Benfica's women's football team, were present at the Benfica Official Store at the Estádio da Luz on Tuesday afternoon, April 15. The Inspiradoras interacted with the many fans who lined up - some even waited more than two hours for the session to start - and who didn't waste the opportunity to talk to the protagonists of the historic feat and remember the moment with photographs. From the youngest to the oldest, everyone left satisfied. “Filipa, you're the best coach in the world,” said one Benfica fan.
