The first official derby of the women's football team of Sport Lisboa e Benfica has a date, time and place set. For round 4 of the Liga BPI, there will be a historic match on October 19, at 5:00 pm, and at the best stage: Estádio do SL Benfica. 

This promises to be another day of great impact and responsibility for the working group that won the Super Cup, on Sunday, in Tondela, against SC Braga (with a brilliant goal from Pauleta). A derby against Sporting CP is always a special encounter and, in this case, it will be the first in an official women's competition.

It should be remembered that the "inspirational players" are already associated with the two highest records in terms of attendance in Portugal, both achieved in a few months: 15.204 spectators were present at Estádio do Restelo, in March, in the solidarity match between Sporting-Benfica, for Mozambique; soon after, 12.632 people went to Jamor, in May, to witness the conquest of the Portuguese Cup (4-0, against Valadares Gaia FC).
