Sport Lisboa e Benfica has just celebrated a partnership with Placard.pt which, in the next three years, will be the official sports betting sponsor of the Club.

Placard.pt will have a relevant presence both on the official website and on the various digital platforms of Benfica, and both entities have planned several joint actions in terms of promotion and advertising. 

The members and fans of the club will also have the opportunity to participate in brand activations that Placard.pt will promote in the surroundings of Estádio da Luz throughout the season.

A moving tribute to Humberto Coelho

Having celebrated his 75th birthday on Sunday, April 20, Humberto Coelho received a heartfelt and well-deserved tribute on Wednesday, April 23, at the Estádio da Luz, during half-time of the Benfica-Tirsense (4-0) second leg of the Portuguese Cup semi-finals. Captain for many years, he wore the Manto Sagrado for “14 fantastic seasons” and, on the pitch, he gave a special thanks to the fans. "This is more than soul, it's an extraordinary mystique! Only at Benfica can you feel this recognition and this glory and memory of having played for the best club in the world," said the former central defender.
