At the end of the match, Jonas, the man who opened the scorer, at 49', spoke to BTV
“This ovation by the Benfiquistas means a lot. The union inside and outside the field is very important in this moment. We did a good game; we were seeking a performance like this. In the first half we tried, fought, but we did not have too much clarity in the plays. In the second half we started very strong, with clear chances, we scored four times and, most important, we did not concede none”, explained Jonas.
Jonas scored and celebrated among the supporters on the stands of the Cathedral…
“Yesterday [Friday] I was in Seixal, with Yuri Ribeiro, and he told me that we should celebrate more with the supporters… When I scored it came right to my mind. It is important that we stick together until the end”, revealed Jonas.
