João Neves, a 14-year-old midfielder (27.09.2004), penned an academy contract with Sport Lisboa e Benfica.

A member of the U-15 squad, João Neves is in his second season at Caixa Futebol Campus. Between 2012 and 2016, he played at Benfica's CFT in Algarve, making a total of seven seasons representing the Club.

In the current season, the midfielder played in eight matches from the U-15 team in the National Championship and scored three goals.
